Life After Death?

I'd never given much thought on how I would die. What I've given much thought about is that where am I going to go after I die? Is there really life after death?When I was a kid I didn't pay much attention on what's going to happen to me after I die.. I care a little about life and what I've given much attention is all the fun that this world could ever have. Days, weeks, months, years had gone by and still I didn't change. I still live life the way I used to, I only care about the things that could make me happy. When I turned college (taking up BS-Nursing) I started to get interested about life and death issues. I started to wonder what's going to happen to me after I die. Yes, I do have faith in God. I always believed that there is someone supernatural out there watching over us. But I get puzzled on where exactly am I going to go after I exit this world. Hell? most likely (because I'm a sinner) Heaven?
